EuroTier 2024
Weidemann would like to thank you for visiting our stand! With a total of around 120,000 visitors from 149 countries, EuroTier 2024 was a complete success and once again demonstrated its international significance. Under the guiding theme “We innovate animal farming”, Weidemann also showcased pioneering innovations that advance animal welfare, sustainability and productivity. Weidemann presented a remarkably large number of new machines this year. There are interesting innovations in every product range.
LP models become the 60 series.
A complete relaunch of wheel loaders and telescopic wheel loaders was introduced with the new 60 series. These machines have been newly developed, meaning that Weidemann will be launching a total of six new models on the market. The new 2060, 2060T, 3060, 3060T, 4060 and 4060T models replace the previous LP models and are well graded in terms of performance and machine size. The important key features, such as a low overall height, a low center of gravity and powerful performance, will be consistently continued in the new machine series.
T6025 - new telehandler in the 6 m class.
The new Allrounder T6025 from Weidemann impresses with its enormous maneuverability and stability. The machine has a wide range of options so that it can be precisely equipped for the various work tasks in different sectors, such as agriculture, the energy industry, the equestrian sector, municipalities, trade and industry. In the poultry sector in particular, this telehandler is ideal for working in stables. The achievable 6 m lifting height and a payload of 2.5 tons as well as the machine's high pushing force ensure this for daily work tasks. With a width and height of less than 2 m, the telehandler offers compact dimensions.
Zero emission is being expanded with the 1290e.
A compact, fully electrically powered wheel loader already has its own tradition at Weidemann: Weidemann has been successfully positioning zero emission machines on the market since 2015. Many customers definitely no longer want to do without an electrically powered machine in their day-to-day work. With the 1290e, Weidemann is now closing the gap in the Hoftrac segment. The electrified range therefore now includes three models with finely graduated performance: the 1190e (tipping load at the bucket center of gravity, just 1,320 to 1,680 kg), 1290e (1,580 to around 1,700 kg) and the 1390e (1,670 to 2,280 kg), so that the exact right machine can be selected for different farm sizes and orientations. Weidemann also offers the electrified T4512e compact telescopic handler.
1190e imp - Follow me assistance function.
Weidemann receives the silver medal at the EuroTier Innovation Award for driverless operability.
The 1190e imp provides optimum support for classic manual work tasks that occur on an ongoing basis, such as erecting pasture and electric fences, collection and distribution tasks, such as collecting piles of leaves and shrub cuttings, picking stones from fields, tilling paddocks, individual harvesting tasks for fruit, potatoes, etc.
The new 1190e imp from Weidemann offers valuable support here with the innovative Follow me assistance function. This is the option of driverless operation in hold-to-run mode via remote control. The machine follows the operator walking forwards in the direction of travel. The convenient retrieval of the loader makes work much easier and increases safety at the same time. By far the most accidents with self-propelled work machines occur when getting on and off the machine, so reducing these movements can make an important contribution to safety as well as increasing comfort. If a second person was required in the past for work involving frequent mounting and dismounting, this can now be dispensed with. This means that this person's working time is no longer required or can be used effectively elsewhere. The risk of a second person being in the machine's working area is also avoided.
With the completely new and innovative Follow me function, the machine can therefore be operated semi-automatically. This is the first time that this function has been made possible on a Hoftrac. The 1190e imp was awarded the silver medal of the EuroTier Innovation Award 2024 for its innovative Follow me assistance function.

In addition to the extensive new developments, Weidemann also had tradition in its luggage: a particular crowd-puller at EuroTier was the historic Perfekt 130, the first articulated loader invented by Weidemann and launched on the market in November 1974. The carefully restored original machine once again captivated many visitors.
“We had one just like it from Weidemann back then, a really great machine at the time ....”, many stories from long-standing customers began with this sentence and could be exchanged at the trade fair stand. The Perfekt 130 and its subsequent generations of machines write many personal and individual stories! Stories of working and living on farms, stories of generations of people, their working methods and their machines.
At this year's EuroTier, in addition to the many interesting and detailed discussions, there was also a lively exchange between sales partners and customers. The situation in the agricultural sector was clearly reflected. The Weidemann visitors were impressed by the variety and focus of the new products.
