Look up questions about operating your Weidemann machine directly – with a glance at the digital operating instructions on your smartphone, you can find the answer quickly and accurately. Locate a part on the machine and then order it clearly as a spare part – this is what the detailed spare parts lists are for, which can now also be accessed in digital form.
With the Weidemann app, you as a customer get a mobile application that quickly helps you on site at the machine:
- Access to digital operating instructions
- Access to digital spare parts catalogues
- Current product catalogue for machine types
- Dealer search – easily find your nearest Weidemann dealer
- Option for enquiries and contact
- The information is available in the following languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian and Polish.
Quickly access details with the Weidemann App!
There are several ways to access the desired information:
- Download the Weidemann app from Google Play or the App Store.
- Find your own machine types easily using the menu navigation or by entering them in the search field.
- No user account or login is required to use the Weidemann app.
With QR code scan directly on the machine:
- There is a QR code sticker on your Weidemann machine in the immediate field of vision in the cab or on the driver's platform.
- The QR code sticker contains the serial number of the machine.
- If you have already installed the Weidemann app, scanning the sticker will take you directly to the information relating to your machine.
- If you have not yet downloaded the Weidemann app, scanning the sticker will first take you to the app download page.
- Note: From August 2025, all Weidemann machines will be equipped with this sticker.
