Weidemann history - Innovation from tradition
When development of the Weidemann machine factory began, there was a farmyard, a blacksmiths, two brothers, and they great mutual technical interest. With this focus, they soon formed a second, industrial pillar.
Thus in 1960, the machine factory Weidemann KG was founded in which the production of different components and devices was performed. The great break-through then came 12 years later with the invention of the Hoftrac, the small articulated wheel loader, which was often able to replace the cumbersome manual work on the farmyards and operations. A revolutionary machine for its time, it found prevalence quickly.
The Weidemann range currently includes articulated and compact farm loaders, wheel loaders, tele wheel loaders, all-wheel telehandlers, and a large selection of attachments and tires. Weidemann is one of the leading manufacturers of these machines for the agricultural and equestrian industry, timber industry, biogas plants, municipalities, plant nurseries, trade and industry in central Europe.
